What is the VIN Code?

Vin Code or Vehicle Identification is established in 1981, so that they can identify all the cars around the world.

VIN Number, contains 17 digits and numbers, which are one of the most significant specifications of a car. One of its uses appears when the car is robbed or when it is returned to the manufacturer to remove the defects.

It is like the fingerprint in human beings, as none of these codes is identical. The digits are selected in a manner allowing the professionals to recognize the details of which we can mention the place it was manufactured in, to the used specific propeller.

If you learn how to get that information from the VIN code, you can achieve approximate knowledge about the car you have never seen.

Bear in mind that each automaker uses different patterns for the translation of these digits. In fact, all the codes represent similar information, such as the manufacturer company. However, in accordance to the manufacturer of each car, the digits might differ. (e.g. the name of the company).
